USMNT forward Christian Pulisic has avoided serious injury after he was forced off for AC Milan against Paris Saint-Germain in the Champions League on Tuesday night.
Goals from Rafael Leao and Olivier Giroud earned Milan a 2-1 win over the French champions at San Siro with Pulisic substituted in stoppage time.
The 25-year-old was seen holding his leg after falling to the ground before being replaced by Alessandro Florenzi.
Pulisic suffered an issue with his thigh in late October and missed three games with this latest scare sparking fears of another lay-off.
However, tests conducted since appear to have ruled out a serious injury.
It remains to be seen whether he is fit enough to be involved when Milan return to action against Lecce in Serie A on Saturday.
Pulisic has scored four goals in 13 appearances across all competitions for Milan since his summer move from Chelsea.
He joins fellow USMNT forward Timothy Weah on the sidelines with Juventus confirming last month that the 23-year-old forward had picked up an injury.
Captain Tyler Adams will be out until at least February after undergoing surgery on a hamstring injury.
The United States are next in action against Trinidad and Tobago in the CONCACAF Nations League quarter-finals with the first-leg of the last-eight tie on November 17.
