Ray White Queensland celebrates top performers at annual awards


Ray White Queensland has recognised its top performers at the 2023-24 annual awards ceremony held in Brisbane.

Ray White Queensland CEO Jason Andrew highlighted the group’s achievements, including a market value of $107 billion and a market share of 16.86 per cent.

“We sold 22,559 homes and conducted 6,851 auctions in Queensland. We earned the name competition creators, averaging 5.2 registered bidders per auction; clearing at 69.7 per cent,” Mr Andrew said.

The prestigious Max White Award was presented to Alistair Macmillan of Ray White Wilston for his significant contribution to the Ray White Group in Queensland.

Ray White New Farm, part of the Ray White Collective, was named the number one Ray White office in the state by settled commission and ranked third internationally.

Rochelle Adgo of Ray White Mitchelton was recognised as the number one salesperson in the Queensland network by settled commission and ranked second internationally.

Ryan Suhle of Ray White North Lakes was awarded top salesperson for number of sales and ranked second internationally in the same category.

Ray White Townsville office was named the Top Office for number of sales in Queensland and ranked first internationally.

– Brad Wilson: Top Auction Agent

– Ray White West End: Competition Creators award

– Ray White Toowoomba, Ray White Caloundra, and Ray White Bundaberg: Top three in Clients’ Choice category

– Ray White Yeppoon: Top Office for Growth

– Rebecca Cuderman of Ray White Marsden: Top Salesperson for Growth

– Ray White Ascot: Top Property Management Office – Revenue Growth

– Ray White Rockhampton: Top Property Management Office – Net Growth

– Emily Richardson from Ray White Rockhampton: Top Business Development Manager

Julie Mahoney from Townsville was named as a lifetime member of Ray White.
