MLB reschedules 3 games due to Hurricane Hilary: New dates, times of each



The MLB rescheduled three games due to Hurricane Hilary, a projected Category 4 hurricane forecasted to hit the southwestern United States. All affected games were rescheduled from Sunday to doubleheaders on Saturday. Here’s what you need to know:

  • The Padres and Diamondbacks will play a split doubleheader with starts of 3:10 p.m. ET/12:10 p.m. PT and 8:40 p.m. ET/5:40 p.m. PT at Petco Park on Saturday.
  • The Angels and Rays will play a split doubleheader with starts with 4:07 p.m. ET/1:07 p.m. PT and 9:07 p.m. ET/6:07 p.m. PT at Angel Stadium on Saturday.
  • The Dodgers and Marlins will play a split doubleheader with starts of 3 p.m. ET/12:00 p.m. PT and 9:10 p.m. ET/6:10 p.m. PT at Dodger Stadium on Saturday.
  • Tickets purchased for Sunday’s games will be honored during the first games of Saturday’s split doubleheaders, per the MLB.

Other impacted events

The Los Angeles Chargers are slated to play the New Orleans Saints in a preseason matchup at SoFi Stadium on Sunday. The NFL is monitoring Hurricane Hilary as it makes its way up the Pacific Coast.

The game is currently still scheduled for 7:05 p.m. ET.
