Ray White has secured two big names in real estate, with Martin Millard and Rochelle Adgo joining the network.
Mr Millard has joined the corporate team as a Leadership Development Partner, while Ms Adgo joins Ray White Mitchelton.
With more than 23 years in leadership roles in the real estate industry and a background of owning, operating and growing a market-leading business, Mr Millard will turn his skill in developing outstanding operators to leaders at Ray White.
“My learnings and experiences from the last 40 years in business are not going to go to waste and I couldn’t be happier,” Mr Millard said.
“Ray White’s reputation as a multinational real estate group precedes itself, and I am honoured to contribute my skills and expertise to further elevate the already remarkable standards set by the leading organisation.
“The opportunity to work with a team of highly motivated individuals who share a common vision for success is truly invigorating.”
Ray White Managing Director Dan White said he was excited to have Mr Millard join the network.
“After orientating himself with our current activities and priorities across the different state markets and analysing where he believes he can make the biggest impact, we expect that Martin will focus on challenging and supporting a small number of ambitious business leaders to achieve new levels of success,” Mr White said.
Mr Millard will work closely with Ray White Chief Strategy Officer Mark McLeod, enabling him to develop his engagement programs in alignment with, and adding to, what the group is currently delivering.
Mr McLeod said Mr Millard’s recent and long-term business ownership experience would be a huge addition to the Ray White network.
“I look forward to working with Martin, and am excited to help unleash his experience, energy and commitment to supporting the development of great real estate businesses”, he said.
One of the leading sales agents in Queensland, Ms Adgo and her team have joined the group as it opens Ray White Mitchelton.
Ms Adgo has sold more than $400 million in residential property in her career with a business built on a high work ethic and “be kind” approach to customer service.
