Iowa QB Cade McNamara suffers apparent leg injury vs. Michigan State

Iowa quarterback Cade McNamara was carried off the field with an apparent left leg injury midway through the first quarter against Michigan State on Saturday.

McNamara, who was taken from the medical tent into the tunnel on a cart, was 3-of-5 passing for 46 yards before the injury. Deacon Hill took over at quarterback for the Hawkeyes.
