The Honda Elevate is one of the newest SUVs in the highly competitive mid-size SUV segment. It competes with the likes of the Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos, Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara, and a ton of other popular SUVs. However, despite being the newest kid on the block, it has managed to outsell many of the already on-sale models. Now, in an attempt to further boost its sales during the ongoing festive season, Honda Cars India has released another new TVC for the Elevate.
The brand-new television commercial of the Honda Elevate has been shared on YouTube by Honda Cars India on their official channel. This new TVC highlights all the exterior design details of the Elevate, along with the details about its dimensions, powertrain specifications, interior design, and features. It also shows the Honda Elevate driving around and explains all of its safety features as well.
The video shows the exterior design of the new Elevate, emphasizing its bigger dimensions and finer design details. The new Elevate features a unique Alpha bold grille with high-gloss black elements. It also includes LED projector headlights and DRLs integrated into the unit. The top-spec models also feature LED fog lights. The overall front fascia of the Elevate looks a lot more bold and imposing than other mid-size SUVs.
Moving on to the side profile, the Honda Elevate comes equipped with 17-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels. It also features chrome door handles, a chrome beltline, and a set of roof rails. At the rear, it boasts dual trail LED taillights with halogen indicator and reverse lights. Other additions include a shark fin antenna, a rear spoiler, rear wiper washer, and defogger.
The Honda Elevate measures 4312 mm in length, making it the longest in the mid-size SUV segment. It also measures 1790 mm in width, while its wheelbase and ground clearance are 2650 mm and 220 mm respectively.
On the inside, the top-spec variant of the Elevate comes equipped with a beautiful dual-tone interior. The SUV features black and dark brown color leather upholstery, which looks extremely classy. The Honda Elevate offers a 458-liter boot capacity, which is quite impressive.
In terms of features, the new Honda Elevate comes equipped with modern amenities such as a 7-inch TFT screen in the instrument console, a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, automatic climate control, and a push start-stop button. The Elevate also incorporates the Honda Sensing suite of advanced driver-assistance system (ADAS) features, including a collision mitigation braking system, road departure mitigation system, lane-keep assist, adaptive cruise control, auto high beam, and a lead car departure mitigation system. The SUV is equipped with 6 airbags.
As for the powertrain, the Honda Elevate comes only with a single naturally aspirated petrol engine option. It features the same 1.5-liter four-cylinder naturally aspirated petrol engine found under the bonnet of its sedan sibling, the City. This engine comes paired with a choice of a 6-speed manual or a CVT gearbox. In terms of power figures, this petrol engine generates 121 PS of maximum power and 145 Nm of maximum torque.
