Some Hollywood stars are famous for wearing good clothes. As the face of the Magic Mike trilogy, though, Channing Tatum has spent most of his career being famous for taking them off. But ever since Tatum began dating Zoë Kravitz in 2021, that’s begun to change—his once forgettable style slowly morphing into a vibier, more distinctive look to better match her own.
Now, that transformation feels complete. Over the weekend, Tatum and Kravitz arrived at the Hôtel Costes in Paris wearing matching—and supremely chic!—flowy overcoats. The Mississippi-raised actor paired his elegant wool number with louche black trousers and shiny mob boss loafers.
It all felt very in line with Kravitz’s effortlessly sophisticated style MO: She’s long been a face of Anthony Vaccarello’s Saint Laurent, a label best known for evoking a moody and sensual air through classic, easy-to-wear forms. It’s a look that has served her incredibly well in recent years—and now it’s working wonders for her boyfriend, too.
Tatum’s look here is an excellent reminder that all the bold colors and flashy patterns in the world are no match for simple clothes that fit exceptionally well. Fans will forever be clamoring for Tatum to take his shirt off, but thanks to immaculate ensembles like this one, we’re personally far more invested in finding out what he’s gonna wear next.
