After six years working for himself under another brand, Queensland agent Stephen Browne is taking the next step in his business journey, relaunching his brand as Rennard Harvey and partnering with the Agents’Agency.
Stephen explains he’s been in the industry for two decades and specialises in the thriving Western suburbs’ property market of Brisbane.
“I came up to Queensland on a holiday from Victoria and never left,” he notes.
“Now I’ve been in the real estate industry 20 years and am pretty much part of the furniture.”
Stephen’s area of expertise includes the popular suburbs of Kenmore, Brookfield and Pinjarra Hills, where he has sold everything from top-dollar homes to apartments and high-end luxury properties.
It’s all part of a stellar career based on the core values of open communication, excellence, and honesty.
After working with other big-name brands, Stephen went out his own six years ago in a bid to offer a personalised real estate service with a focus on putting the customer first.
That ethos is set to continue with Rennard Harvey, with Stephen noting he prides himself on offering a bespoke real estate experience from start to finish.
“Anyone can sell a property,” Stephen says.
“But it’s the journey and experience of selling or buying that makes all the difference.”
The name Rennard Harvey is a nod to Stephen’s middle names, and he notes the partnership with the Agents’Agency will free him up to concentrate solely on client- facing work.
“I’ve done it by myself for the past six years as an independent agent and I’m looking forward to enjoying some back-of-house support,” he says.
The Agents’Agency offers a suite of real estate support services, including accounting, administration, marketing, training, and mentoring.
“A change is as good as a holiday and this will allow me to really hone in on offering a bespoke real estate service from start to finish,” Stephen says.
“My point of difference is really the level of service I provide. When clients opt to work with me, I’m with them all the way.”
This level of service has seen Stephen forge long-term relationships with clients, many of whom he now counts as friends.
“I’ve loved every minute of my time in real estate and continue to love serving the people of the western suburbs.”
