Leclerc commented yesterday that the odd side of the grid is often better for giving high levels of grip, and we saw that work for him off the line. He did well to keep the lead, and will now try to ditch Piastri outside of DRS range.
Norris is up to 12th already, but is stuck behind Tsunoda. He had to back out of a move on the main straight as Tsunoda came across to defend, and he’s losing time behind the RB. Bearman is four seconds up the road from them.
