It is believed that this new powertrain will help it in achieving around 35 kmpl mileage. Following this, the presenter starts off with the exterior design update of the new Maruti Swift Hybrid. From the video, we can note that the vehicle looks exactly like the pictures that were released a few weeks ago. At the front, the new Swift features a set of newly designed LED headlamps which now get an integrated LED DRL. The front grille has also been replaced with a much more premium-looking high-gloss black one, which also gets an ADAS sensor (more on this ahead). The front bumper has also been changed, and it now features individual housings for the fog lights and a new silver garnish in the lower middle section.
The presenter then shows the side profile of the vehicle. He mentions that the side profile has also been tweaked a little. It now gets a set of new diamond-cut alloy wheels. The side profile this time around also features a new strong shoulder line that runs across the entire length of the Swift Hybrid. The company this time has ditched the rear hidden door handle design and has gone with the more traditional door handle style.
The rear of the new Maruti Swift has also been updated and now gets a set of newly designed LED taillights. It gets a new C-Shape LED pattern and looks a lot sharper than the outgoing model’s taillights. Apart from this, the rear bumper has also been changed and now gets a much more aggressive and sporty looking one which has been finished in high-gloss black. It gets two red markers on either side of the bumper and gets four parking sensors along with a rear camera.

In the video, the presenter also shows the newly designed interior of the upcoming Swift Hybrid. From the video, it can be noted that the new Swift will come equipped with a similar-looking 9-inch touchscreen infotainment system. It will also get similarly designed automatic air conditioning system controls. Apart from this, the presenter also highlights that the top-spec models could be missing out on a traditional parking brake as well. The one showed at the show can be seen equipped with an electronic parking brake button in the middle of the console below the new automatic transmission lever.
Additionally, the presenter also shows the new instrument gauge cluster, which combines a small MID screen and analog meters. He added that most likely the one coming to India will feature a set of different needles. He also gives a glimpse of the steering wheel which now gets an ADAS button on the right side. He mentions that if the ADAS is coming to India or not has not been revealed as of yet. However, most likely the company will not be offering ADAS in India next year when this new hatchback gets launched.
