Harrier facelift design and features
In terms of design, the company has heavily revised the time-tested Harrier. At the front, the SUV now gets a fully redesigned, much more modern appearing front fascia. It now has smaller but more powerful LED headlights and fog lights. It also gets a new grille and a brand-new bumper. The sides only get a new massive 19-inch alloy wheel set. Meanwhile, the rear also gets a newly designed set of LED taillights and a rear bumper.
On the inside, the company has used a similar layout to the last-generation model. However, a ton of new features and technology have been added by the company. The main highlights of the new interior are the 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment system by Harman, a 10.25-inch digital instrument gauge cluster, touch-based HVAC controls, ambient lighting, 10 JBL speakers, and a ton of other features.
New Harrier facelift powertrain
In terms of the powertrain, the company has retained the Harrier’s old reliable engine. For those unaware, it is the same 2.0-litre Kryotec turbocharged diesel engine. This powerplant makes a decent 170 bhp of maximum power and 250 Nm of torque. It is being offered with the same 6-speed manual as well as 6-speed automatic transmission options.
