Following this introduction, the presenter starts off at the front end of the new Harrier facelift Dark Edition. He states that on the Dark Edition, the new Harrier gets everything finished in high gloss black. The only thing which has been kept in dark chrome is the Tata logo on the front grille. The headlights this time around are all-LED units with new LED fog lights. They have been encased in a trapezoidal-shaped housing that also features an air duct to improve aerodynamics of the vehicle.
Soon after the front end, the presenter opens the bonnet of the Harrier facelift to show the engine. He states that the new Harrier comes equipped with the same 2.0-litre Kryotec turbocharged diesel engine, which produces 170 bhp and 350 Nm of torque. It also gets the exact same 6-speed manual and 6-speed automatic transmissions as options. The presenter shows that the bonnet comes with a decent amount of insulation under the bonnet.
Next up, he moves to the side profile of the vehicle and mentions that not much has been changed here. The only major difference between the outgoing model and facelift is the addition of massive segment-first 19-inch aero blade-style alloy wheels. Apart from this, it only gets Harrier badging on the front two doors. Lastly, on the exterior, he shows the updated rear end. He states that the taillights are now connected and get a new design. The rear bumper has been upgraded as well and now looks a lot more aggressive and sportier.
