Winifred
Ironically, the name Winifred is said to mean “holy, blessed reconciliation,” or “joy and peace.” (Apparently, this Winnie didn’t get that memo.) Additionally, Winifred was the name of a martyred Welsh princess sometimes referred to as the patron saint of virgins. Perhaps that’s why the Black Flame Candle required a virgin? It was Winifred who cast the spell, after all.
